NANIWA KIN-EKI Co., Ltd. makes and sells decorative materials for bone china, porcelain, glass, enamel, and shippo, and more.
We have been producing gold, platinum, and lustrous liquid and paste materials that delicately color ceramics and glass for over 90 years since 1927.
In order to give shape to the ideal color and quality not only for individual craftsmen but also for various companies in Japan and overseas, we have listened to the voice of each customer when working with our products.
We want our customers to be able to use them as beautiful adornments for their precious porcelain and glass with peace of mind.
We uphold our traditional techniques and will continue to improve and develop even further.
About the logo
Our logo design is based on a ship anchor.
When the company was founded, the logo was made with the idea that "by making products that satisfy our customers, NANIWA's technology will cross the seas and be accepted around the world."
We have inherited this idea and have continued to pursue products only available here that only we can make.
Currently, we work with customers not only in Japan but also countries such as Thailand, Turkey, and China.

In 1991, we patented our microwave-safe liquid gold.
This was not developed intentionally, but came about by chance in pursuit of quality improvement.
It started with a small idea by an engineer that we tried to make a reality.
This was the first time that gold, which originally caused sparks from the waves, became a material that could be safely used in a microwave.
The expertise and dedication of our engineers made it possible to take a coincidence and turn it into success.
The spirit of challenge and creativity in opportunities like this is the source of our “innovation” that drives us.
